At Horizont Tech (a brand of Horizont Atlantic, S.L.) we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains who processes your data, for what purpose, on what legal basis, for how long and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process
We process only the data you provide when filling in a contact or call-request form, or when you write to us by email or telephone:
- Identification and contact data: name, telephone number and, if you provide it, email address.
- Data about your enquiry: the system or software you use and any information you choose to include in your message.
- Technical browsing data: strictly those necessary for the operation and measurement of the site (see section 7).
We do not request or process special categories of data. The forms are aimed at businesses and professionals; they are not directed at minors.

4. Retention period
We keep your data while we handle your enquiry and, if a business relationship begins, for its duration. Afterwards it is kept blocked for the applicable statutory periods (for example, commercial and tax obligations) and deleted once it is no longer necessary. If no business relationship arises, we delete your contact data once the enquiry has been dealt with or when you withdraw your consent.
5. Recipients
We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. It may be accessed, as data processors and solely in order to provide services to us, by our technology suppliers (hosting and email) and, where applicable, by measurement or advertising platforms (for example, Google) when you interact with our ads. These suppliers process the data in accordance with our instructions and applicable law. No international transfers outside the EEA are made without appropriate safeguards.
6. Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw the consent given, by writing to info@horizonttech.com and stating which right you wish to exercise. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es).
7. Cookies and measurement
This site uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for its operation and, subject to prior acceptance where applicable, measurement and advertising cookies (for example, from Google) to analyse traffic and the effectiveness of our campaigns. You can configure or reject these cookies from your browser.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, in line with the state of the art and the nature of the data processed.

We may update this policy to reflect legal developments or changes in our services. We will always publish the current version on this page together with its update date.
