A multi-tenant B2B SaaS that lets accounting and advisory firms offer online appointment booking to their clients, with automatic WhatsApp confirmation and fewer no-shows. Each customer gets their own subdomain with independent configuration (services, advisers, schedules, message templates), all manageable from a panel without touching code. A vehicle rental platform — from the same engine, a new product in weeks

End-to-end van rental: the public site takes the request, the fleet calendar shows which vehicle is free each day, the contract is signed on screen, handover and return are documented with photos from each angle, and the invoice is issued automatically on close. It is built on the same core as the removals CRM: that is why a different product is born in weeks rather than months. How much does a typical project cost?
It depends on scope. A small project (one module, one integration) usually lands between €1,500 and €4,000. A full CRM or client portal, between €8,000 and €25,000. We agree a fixed price after the discovery phase — no surprises halfway through.
Are you a team or a lone freelancer?
A small team backed by Horizont Atlantic SL (16 years, a stable payroll). The close contact of a freelancer with the guarantee and continuity of an established company.
How long until it's ready?
Small module: 2-4 weeks. Full product (CRM, portal): 2-4 months. Weekly sprints with continuous releases — by day 7 you already see something working.
Do you work outside the Canary Islands?
Yes, across Spain and Europe remotely. We travel for projects that need it. Most of the work is video calls, a shared repository and deliverables.
Do you maintain the software afterwards?
Yes, and it is what sets us apart most. Monthly maintenance at a flat fee for fixes, small improvements, monitoring and direct support.
Do you have a real case?
Yes: our own stack at Horizont Atlantic. A full CRM with electronic invoicing, integrated banking, AI in email and automations. In daily production since 2010.
What if my project has nothing to do with removals?
All the better. The knowledge we apply cuts across sectors: any business that invoices, collects payments, manages clients, integrates banking or needs to automate email fits. The technical patterns (multi-tenant, banking, tax filing, AI in email) are the same.
Do you build native mobile apps?
For 90% of cases an installable PWA is enough (Android and iOS without the app stores). If you need deep native APIs (Bluetooth, NFC, biometrics), we wrap the PWA with Capacitor. A fully native app only when it justifies the maintenance cost.
Who will my point of contact be?
One person from the technical team, not an account manager. The same person who decides the architecture tells you how the sprint is going and fixes the problem if there is one.
What if I later want to move to another supplier?
We hand over source code, database, documentation and infrastructure access. No lock-in. If you decide to leave, we help with the transition for 30 days at no extra cost.
Will you sign an NDA?
By default, yes. Before the first call if you need it. Our standard template or yours, it makes no difference.
