VeriFactu · Custom integration

Build VeriFactu into your software, without changing programs

If your CRM or ERP already works, there's no need to migrate to a SaaS just to satisfy the tax authority. We build VeriFactu into your system: tax-authority records, chained hash, QR code and IGIC. Running in real production since 2010.

Your software isn't VeriFactu-compliant? You have two bad options… and one good one

The VeriFactu obligation arrives in stages (companies in 2027, sole traders in mid-2027). Rushing leads to expensive decisions.

⚠️

Migrate to a generic SaaS

You change your whole way of working, retrain the team, export and import data, and pay per user forever.

🩹

A disconnected patch

A separate invoicing program that doesn't talk to your CRM: double the work and data that doesn't reconcile.

Integrate it to order

VeriFactu inside the software you already use. You comply without changing how you work.

Exactly what we integrate

Everything the VeriFactu regulation (Royal Decree 1007/2023) requires, inside your system.

🧾

Invoice records

Generation of issue and cancellation records for every invoice, as the tax authority requires.

🔗

Chained hash

A SHA-256 hash chaining each record to the previous one (tamper-evidence).

QR code + "VERI*FACTU"

Verification QR and the mark on the printed invoice and the PDF.

📡

Filing with the tax authority

Automatic submission to the tax authority service (VeriFactu mode) and handling of the responses.

🏝️

IGIC + VAT

Canary rates, the exemption threshold and mainland VAT. Built for the Canary Islands.

🗄️

Retention and traceability

Records retained and auditable, with a history per invoice.

Custom integration vs. migrating to a SaaS

Migrate to a SaaS

  • You change program and way of working
  • Data migration and retraining
  • Per-user cost, forever
  • You adapt to the software

Integrate VeriFactu to order

  • You stay with the software you already know
  • No migrations, no surprises
  • One payment for the development, and it's yours
  • The software adapts to you

Torn between adapting what you have and building from scratch? We break it down with numbers in our VeriFactu cost analysis.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to change programs to comply with VeriFactu?
No. If your CRM or ERP works well, we build VeriFactu into it (records, hashing, QR and tax-authority filing). You avoid migrating data and retraining the team on new software.
What does the integration include?
Issue and cancellation records, chained SHA-256 hash, QR code, the "VERI*FACTU" mark, submission to the tax authority service and retention of the records. IGIC for the Canary Islands and mainland VAT are included.
Does it work for the Canary Islands with IGIC?
Yes. We apply IGIC, its rates and the exemption threshold, as well as mainland VAT. In real production in our own CRM.
How long does it take?
A typical integration is ready in two to four weeks, depending on the starting system. We agree scope and a fixed price after an initial technical review.
And if I'd rather have a new custom system?
We do that too: a custom CRM/ERP with VeriFactu built in as standard. If you're torn between adapting and building, read the cost analysis.
