Time tracking that runs itself

Each employee clocks in, takes a break and clocks out with one button. The system works out the day, compares it with the schedule they were due, the manager approves it and the record goes off to your payroll bureau. No spreadsheets and no punch clock.

Working-time records are mandatory. A spreadsheet filled in at month end is not.

Since 2019 every company in Spain records its staff’s working day daily and keeps that record for four years at the Inspectorate’s disposal. A spreadsheet filled in from memory on the 30th is not that.

⏱️

Clocked as it happens

Start, break, resume and end are stored with their real time. The day’s total is added up by the system, not by a formula.

👀

You know who is missing today

A panel cross-checks the schedule and shift that were due against what was actually clocked: who is in, who is on a break and who has not clocked in.

✅

A manager signs it off

The timesheet waits for approval. Who approved it and when is kept on record.

What the time tracking includes

This is not a wish list: it is what has been running in our own CRM.

🕐

Clocking with breaks

Start, break, resume and end. Each stretch is stored separately and the day’s total works itself out.

✍️

Signed timesheet

The entry can be signed, with a record of when it was signed and by what means.

📅

Weekly schedule

Each person’s schedule day by day, with a morning and afternoon split where it is needed.

🔁

Shifts by date range

Shifts assigned with a start and end date. You change the shift without touching the history.

🏖️

Holidays and absences

Days off with their reason. Someone on holiday does not show up as failing to clock in.

📨

Sent to the payroll bureau

The period’s records are emailed to your payroll bureau, by hand or on a schedule, broken down per employee.

How it works

From the clock-in button to payroll, with nobody retyping anything.

Clock in

The employee presses start. If they stop, they mark a break; when they return, they resume; when they finish, they clock out.

Reconcile

The system adds up the day’s stretches and compares them with the schedule or shift that person was assigned.

Approve

The manager reviews the period’s timesheets and approves them one by one or in bulk.

Send

The approved period goes off to the payroll bureau for payroll, with each employee’s hours.

Built for teams that do not clock in from a desk

Removals, workshops, construction, cleaning, installations: people spread out, schedules that change and a manager who cannot chase every timesheet.

We build it from the Canary Islands: Tenerife, Gran Canaria y the rest of the islands, and remotely for the rest of Spain. It lives inside the same Custom CRM where your customers and your jobs already are.

Frequently asked questions

Is time tracking mandatory in Spain?
Yes. Since Royal Decree-Law 8/2019 every company must record each employee’s working day daily, including start and end times, and keep those records for four years at the disposal of the Labour Inspectorate.
How does an employee clock in?
With a button for start, break, resume and end. Each action is saved with its real time and the day’s total is worked out by the system, not by a spreadsheet formula.
Does it handle split shifts and rotas?
Yes. Each employee has a weekly schedule, with a morning and an afternoon stretch where needed, and can have shifts assigned over a date range.
Can I send the records to my payroll bureau?
Yes. A period’s records are emailed to the payroll bureau, by hand or on a schedule, broken down per employee for payroll.
Is it a separate program?
No. It lives inside your own CRM, next to customers, jobs and invoicing, so hours worked can be cross-checked against the work done and the hourly rate.
